Send an email to offdutydesigns@hotmail.com with the following information:

Your name, phone number, students name, school, hobbies, interests, colors, college and anything else you would like to see on the banner. The date you need the banner and if you need stakes.

You can attach pictures, we recommend a very high resolution scan (300 dpi) and glossy/semi gloss/ soft matte finish pictures work best. Canvas finish will print a pattern/texture you will be able to see it on the banner. Maybe your photographer will email us a clean copy. Have issues scanning? you can mail or drop them off. Siegwardt's 4155 Joyce Rd. Grove City, OH 43123. You will get your pictures back, just remind us at time of pick up if they aren't with your banner. :)

We will also need a limited copyright release if you are using a Senior picture from a studio/professional photographer. If the studio is "A Moment In Time" you don't have to worry about it.

If you have seen a banner that you liked on our website please give us the students name and high school.

We will respond letting you know we received your email and if we have any questions. If we don't hear back from you after we have emailed a bunch of times, we will not proceed. We have already been burned a couple of times. :( If you decide you don't want the banner, please just let us know before we do all the work for the layout.

Once we get everything needed to put together a proof we will email you.  So, make sure you give us an email you check often and have access to over the weekend. Add us to your contact list or mark us safe so we don't end up in your spam folder and prolong the process. When you receive the proof you can make changes or give us the "thumbs up" to print.

Sorry, we don't deliver or do set-ups. You can purchase the "stake set" for $20.00, please let us know when you place your order if you are needing them.

If you are requiring a one-to-one sitdown with Steve to layout the banner, there will be a charge. Depending on how long the appontment lasts and you must make an appointment.
