What is a high resolution? At least 300 dpi (dots per inch)

What size picture is needed? Wallets and larger

Can I use a picture from a professional studio? Yes but... we will need you to get a signed "Limited copyright release" from the studio giving us permission to use the photo/photos for the banner. They can email it to us or you can send it with the pictures. We have a release for all "A Moment In Time" photos. :)

Does the finish matter on the picture? Yes it does. Glossy/semi gloss/semi matte finish is best. There is a type of matte sometimes referred to as canvas that will appear to be grainy when scanned. It will show the pattern of the matte almost like little squares, it will be noticeable.

Do I get my pictures back? Yes

What are your hours? Our business is run from our home we are flexible but please be respectful.

How long does it take to get my banner? Usually 1-2 days from final approval. 

Do you deliver and set-up? No, only because you wouldn’t like the price. We can ship, charges apply.

What are your methods of payment? We prefer cash and will accept checks. If your check is NSF we will charge $30.00.

Do I pay upfront? No, we believe in the honor system. You pay when you pick it up.  

Does the banner cost less if I don’t want to use pictures? No  

How do I display the banner? It will come with 5 grommets along the top and 3 along the bottom. You can hang it or stake it in the ground.

Does the banner come with stakes? No, we have a stake package for $20. 2-5ft iron stakes w/push at the bottom and 4 bungees. Very easy to install.

What type of material is the banner? It is 13oz. indoor/outdoor material.

Can I come in and sit down with you to design the banner? Yes but we will charge.

When can I display my banner? When ever you want and you can keep it up as long as you want. It’s your kid brag a little!

Can I use more than 2 pictures? Yes. There is a charge of $10 for each additional picture.
